Every order has a package carrier (e.g. United States Postal Service (USPS)) tracking number generated and sent to you by email for monitoring delivery. Please make sure the shipping address is accurate at the time of order.
A refund cannot be processed for an order you never received due to an invalid shipping address with a successful delivery unless the unintended recipient cooperates with you to deliver or return.
Additionally, we cannot cover the cost of stolen or unusually lost packages, nor can we interact with the carrier to locate such a package.

, please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund.
The shipping cost is not refunded. You pay what we pay the carrier to deliver the package.
We encourage you to go to a carrier (e.g. USPS) website and see for yourself that shipping costs quoted on our site are the best possible commercial rates available anywhere given the
package dimensions and weight
RMA requests made after 30 days from the particular purchase date are ignored automatically by the automated system.
An email reply will be sent with an RMA, instructions, and a printable address label for customer convenience to return.
The item must be returned with all parts and original packaging within thirty (30) days of the RMA.
It takes up to 2 business days to process a refund to the same method of original payment after we receive the return.
